Last 30 Days Plan for CBSE Class 10 Boards (Day-by-Day Strategy)

A practical last-30-days revision plan for CBSE Class 10 boards with daily structure, weightage-first revision, full papers and exam-week tips.

Thirty days is enough to add a lot of marks if you spend them on revision and practice, not on new material.

Days 1–10: high-weightage chapters first

  • Each day, take 2 subjects. For each, revise 2–3 of the highest-weightage chapters from NCERT and your notes, then solve their previous year questions.
  • Class 10 priorities: Trigonometry, Circles and Statistics (Maths); Light, Electricity and Carbon Compounds (Science); Lifelines of Economy, Nationalism in India and Outcomes of Democracy (SST). Full lists

Days 11–20: full papers

  • One full 3-hour paper a day, rotating subjects.
  • Mark it against the marking scheme the same day.
  • Spend the evening fixing the errors: re-read the concept and redo the question.

Days 21–27: weak spots and quick revision

  • Work through your error log subject by subject.
  • Revise formula sheets, diagrams, map lists, writing formats and key terms.
  • Do the one-mark sections (MCQs, assertion-reason) quickly from 2–3 papers per subject.

Days 28–30: calm down, don't cram

  • Light revision only.
  • Check your admit card and pack your exam kit.
  • Sleep 7–8 hours.

Between exams

Use the gap days for that subject's sheets plus one timed paper, then stop by evening.
